Return Policy for ZimKaffee

At ZimKaffee, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it according to the following policy:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Only items purchased directly from zimkaffee.com are eligible for returns.

Return Process

  1. Drop-off: You can return your product directly at our café located at:
    ZimKaffee Café
    Torgasse 5, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland.
  2. Post: Alternatively, you can request a return by contacting us at refunds@zimkaffee.ch. Please provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to mail the item back to us.

    The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
